Well - new start ups that hire a bunch of auto vons will need aircraft too ... and with the auto pilots limited to 10x multiplier, would 100x for the human pilot be too restrictive?

But again, what company starts with a large staff and hundreds of millions worth of inventory? Should have to work up to the max bots, not just be able to put them all to work on day 1 of a start up company.

Although I must admit WAY back in the day on the dynamic multiplier, making 30-40 million on a cross country flight seemed just a bit ridiculous to me. LOL Looking up the original airplane this airline was started with in 2012 (I joined in 2014), he was making 7-8 million an hour flying a 733 from Las Vegas NV to Orange County CA (.8 hrs flight time). Paid off his 733 on the very first flight with 1000x multiplier.

Yup I have kept this airplane over the years just for sentimental sake, Good Ol Number 1. 8)

I think . That some others intend to take on an airline for fun without much realism, others like to plan and then there are the hardcore ones. I think it's really good as it is. Feel free to arrange ;)

We started with the 1000x multiplier so large groups could build up fast, but since then we added loans and leases so I often question it it’s still needed

Your c5 flight? Yes the cruise speed was wrong in the database, I changed it from 280kn to 450kn so it should not happen again. Bigger problem is you did a 5000 nm flight with full payload where the max payload range is only 2300 nm. I need to figure out how to prevent that

Can airlines poach other airlines' automated pilots? I had one quit cause he was unhappy but all my guys were in the 99%+ category and now I see he is flying for someone else. LOL Too funny actually. Auto Von Sunrise Manor - Adieu!

Actually yes they can, once a pilot has quit or been fired your airline others may hire them, but your airline may not re-hire them for a few months (they did quit after all).
