The point is, I don't show you on the list of VA's that have permission to write to the network. You must have this permission to be able to submit applications through the integration pack and as the Integration Pack information states, you have to ask for that permission to be added.

Well, for the Official Integration Pack, which consists of ready-made scripts to include, you don't need to have XML-Interface access.
It looks like you already solved your problem using the XML-Interface but anyway, the application bug should be fixed now.
