They were required to change it, Faith withdrew the permission to use his work once FSA became Pay2Play.280782 wrote:What happens with FSAirlines Website Integration Pack? This from January 8 stationary, nearly two weeks for us is very difficult to work as well as all our website we have built with this system and the current error gives us a bad image. Please, can not leave it as it was before while working with it and then change it when you finally have the update.
Thanks.

That's right, Joe is currently working hard on getting the complete functionality back but I think we'll release a basic set of the most important sites in the next days.

Re: FSAirlines Website Integration Pack under const ¿how long?
We are planning to use all the the same URL's as before. Its taking longer than expected because we are trying to reproduce these pages without reading Fahti's old code so we can't be accused of copying, plus I have been swamped at work, but that's not an excuse. The new system is XML based so once its in place it will it will be easier for others to extend it for themselves. The old system connected directly to the database and copied large portions of the code from the main site so we had to be very protective of who had access to it, but with the new system it will be more like an open source project.
We need to get more of the base functionality finished and cleaned up, and and come up with proper terms and conditions before we can let you all have access to the code.

Ok, you work on the new Integration Pack, but we have payed 27€ for what?. Now we have 14 Days left and no its coming back. On your site you have written that the pack come back in few days but 2 Weeks??. Thats very bad and we have payed some € in vain?
We hope the Integrationpack comes now in few Days. Our Image suffers strongly and works also unprofessionally.

Be reasonable... They are working hard on this thing
Re: FSAirlines Website Integration Pack under const ¿how long?
I'm very confused as to how you have 14 days left if you payed for a full year platinum membership. But also, if you think you could do any better as an XML programmer, then I'd like to see you try, Joe I'm sure is slaving over this and doing his best.Dresdenair wrote:Ok, you work on the new Integration Pack, but we have payed 27€ for what?. Rafael,
I don't believe those links are meant to be operational anymore as Faith removed his permission for us to use his work, those are his source sections on his domain. Also, I don't believe they''ll be getting updated anymore as we are implementing the new system.

I think that payware platinum membership should have complete site integration pack from the beginning. Anyway we paid in advance, but working without the pack although paid for the account is unfair.
I hope it will be released shortly, you know airlines need it

Re: FSAirlines Website Integration Pack under const ¿how long?
Hey guys, just to drop a line if there is any update on the deadline for the FSA integration pack?
I had no problem paying to run the airline and waiting for "full" functionality throughout the trial period, but after a month I must say this seems a little unfair and which is worse unorganised. I know running and programing a system like this is no easy task, and we all have school/jobs/families that also need our attention but this switch to a payware system might have been a little more planed out.
I believe you are working on this hard and as fast as possible, but it would be nice to have some sort of update as a lot of VA have websites that depend on this system.
Thx for your time

Re: FSAirlines Website Integration Pack under const ¿how long?
I do not have any problem to pay for running my VA. That's why i have purchased the platinum. But i want to run, not hope. Since i pay, i demand.
The problem is that when someone wants to be payed for a service, first of all has to give this service. The fair movement is either not ask for money until the service is full, or give a specific plan with dates, when all payed services will be active.
If nothing of above is given to us, i will have to stop the platinum, until the full service (that i already have purchased) is working properly, and then activate the platinum if and only i am satisfied with the whole pack that i bought. Simple seller-customer relationship.

Re: FSAirlines Website Integration Pack under const ¿how long?
Nikos,
I would like to point out that from the time at which Premium was announced and until it was live, there were many things that had to be done. The consent about the integration pack's use was pulled prior to the launch of the premium service and it takes time to code the entire new system. You don't have the right to demand something simply because you are now a paying customer, you may request it but you don't have the right to demand it. Also, the old integration system was a freely provided service by Faith who was not an official paid employee but a volunteer.

I'm aware of that DK, I was referring to the fact that those were the links off of Faith's site with his personal work on them even though the permission for use was removed.DaKurt wrote:The Links will remain the same.only the content is going to Be changed.alasizon wrote:Rafael,
