My booked flight was not properly detected and I was charged

I found this very annoying and it happened on my flight a couple of days ago. It was my first experience but I think it is good I share it so that a) some of the financial consequences are fixed and b) some FlyNet website improvements are done:
1. My plane was moved to MPMG which is a more suitable airport for regional flights. The form did not mention any cost, I pressed OK and was charged around $2000. Please state costs in the form so that the user knows whether his finances allow it. I am not asking for this to be restituted, but I suggest a cost indication in the web form.
2. Me (the pilot) was stationed at MPTO without any plane. I needed to be ferried to MPMG for my flight. I did the pilot transfer, no costs where mentioned and then I got charged. I am also not asking for these costs to be restituted to me. However same comment as above applies.
3. Now that the pilot and aircraft were on the proper airport I booked a 186nm flight on my turboprop from MPMG to MPDA. I started FS, then started the client.
4. I used the Show Booked Flight tab on the client, my flight was there
5. Then I clicked on the Fly Booked Flight tab and proceeded to do my flight.
6. Had a happy flight with nice landing in MPDA, taxied to gates and turned off engines. The client detected that the plane was on blocks and at the destination. I applied the parking brakes (dot command "."), since I have the CH Pro Pedals, the parking brake is usually not appearing when using the Parking Brake keyboard command, because of that I applied BOTH brakes on the pedals and the aircraft shows "BRAKES" (as opposed to "DIFFERENTIAL BRAKES").
In the end, the client did not autofile any PIREP (since there is no documentation you wonder how the thing works.... something to work at). While it knew I had finished flying (I was still in FS) and on blocks, it also did not provide me with any "code" that I could use to file the PIREP manually on the FlyNet site.
There was nothing else I could do, everything I tried and neither a code nor a PIREP was given to me by the client.
I am not a lover of doing the same thing twice, specially when it involves 45 minutes of my life which I can also use for my social and family life .
The booked flight expired. I was CHARGED for the expiration (apparently), I flew for nothing (yes, I would like my flight to be credited, that I would like)
