I am not one to complain about a free program. But over the past two days on final I have had FlyNET dump. (FlyNET has encountered a problem and needs to close.) Long flights all of them so I am a bit put aside.

Again free program so I am not really complaining just pointing out a problem that I have not had until very recently.

On Finals

Now that is really bad for the frustration level. !

As there have been no new updates, I would not think it would be the client per se. Can only offer the following I'm afraid :-
Is it always at the same airport or at an airport by the same scenery authors ? Failure on Finals would suggest to me that memory is being squeezed as FS starts to load all the airport textures.
Does switching off the active Flight Tracking (in the FlyNET ini file) help ?
Do you have any programs running in the background that were not there before ?

I do have one thing that might cause a problem. A/I Smooth. I am going to turn that off for my flight tonight and see if that is the problem. Also as more people use FlyNET then bandwidth comes in to issue.

Again FREE program so I am not complaining, Just venting a bit and talking out loud!
