Join Airline Updates

Hi Flyers,

I have been doing some work on the experience for new pilots trying to join airlines. Biggest change is will be a revised the page where you search for airlines to join, instead of the current basic search there is now a page that shows the 'top 20 airlines' at the top of the page, below a list of all the 'top airlines' and a separate linked page if you want to see a list of all active airlines.

As part of this I have added a 'New Pilot invite message' to the VA settings. This is a brief messages (250 chars or less) where you can give a reason why the prospective pilot should join your airline.

To qualify as a 'Top Airline', the airline must have at least one member who has a platinum account (or equivalent number of gold accounts) and in the last 30 days must have flown at least 20 flights with at least 20 flight hours (adjusted by sim rate). The top 20 are determined by the sum of flights and adjusted flight hours during the last 30 days. There is a linked page that shows all active airlines. Of course airlines that have closed enrollment to new members do not show up in any list.

I have also adjusted the left menu and the options on the VA page so that if a pilot is not in a va the 'Join Exiting VA' and other associated links are always available.

The code I am working on is currently on https://beta.fsairlines.net . Feel free to create a new account to play around with it as long as you delete the account when you have finished. Any suggestions on changes would be greatly appreciated.
