Private aircraft maintenance

Hi Guys!

I bought an aircraft to my private hangar. It missed a maintenance. How can i send it to maintenance? i can only repair it.

What is its status in %?

I am thinking "repair" will bring the maintenance up to date if it is outdated but I didn't think private planes had to have bi-annual checks.

You can bring the status back to 100% with the repair tab.

I just bought a plane to test and yeah the repair will bring the status up to 100% but does not affect the "last maintained" date. So I don't think that parameter applies to privately owned aircraft. I may be wrong and hopefully Joe will see this and offer his opinion on the matter.

When we added the maintenance requirement for airlines, we did not add it for private aircraft. Too many pilots who had large private fleets complained.
