newly purchased maintenance center shows up as closed?

I just purchased on the 23rd of this month a maintenance center for my airline. I just now noticed it is closed. I looked and there seem to be no errors in regard to that. Is there a period I need to wait before it is actually open? I don't want to scrap the center to find out I could have waited. I plan on maintaining my aircraft over the christmas holiday using my small maintenance area as I'm already there anyway. Is this a bug or am I being impatient?

I just looked and you have one small maintenance center, plus an office and Small Warehouse and they all look open and your maintenance center is open to all other VA's and fleets. It may have been that the aircraft you wanted to maintain was too big for the center.

I am having the same issue. I have an extra large maintenance center and it showing up closed. I have not closed it, and when I got into the options to close it. It does not give an option to open it. Thoughts??

Doug, your VA has only a gold account which means you can't use the 'advanced finance' options, which is required to use maintenance centers.

It was a 737. do the small maintenance centers not maintain those? I didn't realize there was an actual size of aircraft these can repair or give A Checks to and so forth. when I looked under repair aircraft, the maintenance center showed as closed.
