I would like to point out that from the time at which Premium was announced and until it was live, there were many things that had to be done. The consent about the integration pack's use was pulled prior to the launch of the premium service and it takes time to code the entire new system. You don't have the right to demand something simply because you are now a paying customer, you may request it but you don't have the right to demand it. Also, the old integration system was a freely provided service by Faith who was not an official paid employee but a volunteer.
Sorry,

I don't think you are right. We can demand the new integration, because before the premium accounts started we were told that integration pack will be available after premium accounts start. So that's what we paid for! However we can't demand new airplanes, airports, clients and options etc, because nobody(of the admins) promised us that we would get it. We have not paid for)))) Still I can wait a few weeks for the new integration pack will come, but admins should release it. That's what we paid for. :)

Alasizon,

anybody can request something new, something as addition.

Website integration pack is in the services of the premium account, so a customer can demand this.

When you pay for something, you do not simply request to be as promised, you demand it. The same way seller demands (and he is right) to be paid for a service or product

It also could have waited for Premium accounts receivable when from working properly. Not that we are impatient, but our sites do not work correctly.

Matthew,

The roll-out was planed for thee weeks ago. I aked one of the FSA guys whether they need php/mysql developers but my offer was politely declined.

We also invested high cost to be able to provide our VA service, but we never demand costs whether our service has not be completed.

YES I have the right to demand the services for which we have paid for and
NO, I have no understanding for the delay because, there are no information about the progress of the development.

Cheers, Rafael

I would like to point out that yes, delays do happen. Joe did mention that it was taking longer than expected. You do have to remember though that the integration pack before was developed by a user, not an official employee. Once that was over, the developers set out to make a brand new integration pack. So a bit of time is reasonable before it is ready. And as to the reason why I believe they are not looking for programmers for this task is because it requires access to the code for the entire system.

Matthew,

official employee or not, FSA is now a commercial provider.

Whatever, the product is not ready for sale and all what I did was to help other VAs to run a temporarily WIP.

Why do we discuss. A thanks would be enough.

Please note, I am a friend, not a foe

Releasing the new integration pack is nothing?

Before going off half-cocked like that, why don't you try looking at the forum first. There is a post at the top about the release and how to add it on. There is also a link in the upper right on the subject. If you can't see that, then I'm sorry.

This thread is now closed.

I just wanted to add that Joe is very busy at the moment but will work on getting the integration pack out of beta in his spare time. For now you can use the beta system which should already offer you the most important information.

best regards
DaKurt
