Major FUEL issues !!!

Hi all

I've been taking several flights and am having some major fuel issues. At the moment I can only provide two examples:

1) From EGNM to CYYZ in a B744ER ... Report is here:

I landed with 25,000 lbs left which I understand is too much ... but to have -10,200,000 (ten million, two hundred thousand). This doesn't seem right with a full load of passengers ... whats going on?


2) EGNM to EGPE (Inverness) in a B738 ...

I can't remember the exact amount I put in for this flight but I had 100% in the center tank and also 35% in both the left and right tanks! A B738 does not require this amount of fuel to go less than 240nm surely ....

Please help out and look over the client as i've been having these issues for ages now ...

Has anyone else been having any trouble?

The second flight, you loaded three times the required fuel based upon your block fuel usage. That's why it cost you so much.

The first one, that just looks to be bad luck, or your not charging enough for a ticket.
