Transferring Aircraft and Pilots

Good Morning / Afternoon All

I have searched briefly in the forums for an answer to my question but unfortunately have not found the answer. I hope that This might be the right place to ask.

If an un-named Virtual Airline wishes to transfer /sell its aircraft to another and transfer the pilot/s, How does one accomplish this. The un-named Airline in question is not active, has aircraft and the owner wishes to close the VA and transfer all assets to another?
