David Whyte crashed on the 27th of March. That is why your reputation has taken the hits.

The 27th of March is not a week ago, it was yesterday.

Correct, I made a mistake, the 26th of march.
Now if that is the only crash in your VA's history, 13 is too low. Please ask any of your pilots if they have attempted a flight and had the client crash on them, or not record their flight. This is an issue that has popped up, with incomplete pireps. PLease read this to get an understanding of the problem: http://flynet.en-studios.de/forum/viewtopic.php?t=716
It is up to you to talk to your members, I see theres a flight waiting to be flown to schipol heathrow. Perhaps one of your members crashed this flight? and the client only submitted some information.

That's ok, I was more upset at your disregarding the forum rules than your initial attitude.
The apology is well received. But be aware that you will ALWAYS get better results from the staff if you maintain your frustrations when requesting assistance. Start tearing into people and you will find they might just rip a strip off of you...
