Fun with a low on fuel plane! whee!
So, I loaded the client and FS 2k2 as usual... except this time, the airplane didn't refuel! I added the fuel at the beginning before flying, it did not do anything... took off with 45 kg, after I "added" 182 kg!!!
Any ideas?
Also, my transponder on C-FAED has not been working for 2 flights... after the first time it did that, i repaired the airplane. The second time was fun - in IMC conditions at night and I had to cancel my IFR to fly VFR without flight following (plus 20 kts Xwind on landing) - and it still did it. I try to change the transponder numbers, but it goes back to its starting position...
Today it did it again...
Is the airplane cursed?

Hehe, seems like the C-FAED is really just cursed
No, maybe you set about 45kg, the client got overstressed ( when you press "refuel" it can take some seconds until the flight is loaded ) and didn't update the screen. But nevertheless, it set the 182kg you added in the FS2k2 menu back to the 45kg. Could that be possible ?
Did you use the same aircraft as you always did in FS2k2?
You sure the transponder problem comes with FlyNET ? I never did something with the transponder, maybe another FS software ?

Yes, the C-FAED is cursed.... as the client just crashed on me again today... didn't even record the flight... Could you change its status to be landed in North Bay please and thank you?
Actually, in the briefing right after i refueled, it did show the correct amount of fuel, but when i went back on FS it didn't show it after me noticing in enroute.
Also, my FS 2k2 is set to never have any failures... so I have no clue why the transponder suddenly does not work...
Hopefully i don't have to reinstall the whole prgram...

The website automatically sets a flight back to "booked"-state if there's no update for 10 minutes. So, you already should be back at your departure airport.
And I saw your latest flight state being "taxi". That's very strange cause there should be no way to come back to "taxi"-state after take off.
Need to check the whole code again.

Okay... so I retried... twice!
first time: was stupid and shut off FS less than 15 minutes after the flight by mistake
second time: Both programs are still running, 35 minutes after the end of my flight... the client shows the status of the aircraft as you would consider after a shut off, but still refuses to give me an "end flight" button... And the airplane on the site shows up as "unavailable", not "enroute"...
Sorry, but after 4 tries (2 of which were my fault), I'm getting a little pissed off and so that's why I'm updating my situation so much. No offending thoughts...

The curse is back... except this time it's different, and i felt too lazy to start another thread...
I just flew in CYOW with over 1200 lbs left in my tanks. landed properly, and all those little things that i had to do.
I decide to re-go flying. this time, knowing that i have enough for my flight TIMES 4, i put "0" in for the "refuel" part. That's when I realize that I should've left it as it was, as now my airplane had 0 fuel...
For the sake of simplicity and for us pilots that are too stupid to remember little things like that (That would be me... ), is there a way to fix the system so that when we click "refuel" on the beta, it's to actually refuel the plane and not buy back the fuel that we had before?
Thanks so much!

Yea, I guess it's not written anywhere, but the number you see on the refuel-page is the amount of fuel, currently in the aircraft.
If you increase the number, you will have to pay the difference and if you don't change anything or lower the fuel you won't have to pay anything.
