Cannot Fly Due To Fuel Issue

This sucks because after I enter the fuel amount and return to FS2004 for the flight, I can see the needle drop on the fuel gauge and my fuel is all gone after 2 seconds. The needle jumps up and down untill all of the fuel is gone. I tried deleteing out Flynet and reinstalling a fresh one but nothing helps. I tried other aircraft again nothing helps.

Personally I refuel my aircraft after I have located it in the airport and pressed "Fly Now" in the FS (that brings me to the cockpit). With a C208, I can see the needles go down before I enter the fuel Qty in"Fly Booked Flight" and watch them rise after I press the "Refuel" button!
