This morning I booked a flight from LPPT to LPPR (Lisbon to Porto)
I logged in and saw a nice red button so correctly confirmed.
This evening I installed everything, started the client and got a message "No booked flight found!!!"
So I ahd to cancel the flight
and rebooked the same flight.... Is there ant "money back guarantee?"

Re: Flight gone
That should not be, are you sure you signed in using the FlyNET Client and the same profile as you used to book the flight?

Hi Joe,joefremont wrote:That should not be, are you sure you signed in using the FlyNET Client and the same profile as you used to book the flight?
I discovered it wasn't a typo at all: using the preview option of this message I see I indeed wrote
http : / / flynet.turksim.org/ (spaces added on purpose!!!) and it changed in the preview into: http://www.fsairlines.net/
I am not joking!!!! Please believe me. Write a message and type the flynet.turksim.org address with the http:// in front of it!! You will see the address will change automatically. At least at my computer and I did not pay attention to that writing that message.
