FSX problem with FlyNet client

I have booked a fly, then start FS and choose departure airport, set parking brakes and run FlyNet client. There I log in, choose "Show Booked Flight", after that - "Fly Booked Flight" and the client says `Aircraft is not at the departure airport` Can someone help me? My configuration: Vista SP1 (x32), FSX Deluxe with SP2, FSUIPC4 (v4.28), FlyNet client v0.6.9b

not wishing to sound patronising, but have tou confirmed that the ICAO code of the departure airport shown in the client matches where the airline aircraft you want to fly actually is?
