I would have though it did not need to be repeated, but attempts to transfer money between airlines is prohibited. We do not allow airlines to merge if the total assets of the combined airlines is more than 10 billion and attempts to get around that by other means, when detected will be reversed and could result in the forfeiture of the assets transferred. this includes (but not restricted to) repeatedly buying and selling aircraft, leasing aircraft and loans.
I was just reviewing a VA that landed in my list of insolvent airlines where since September of last year there have been over 160 loans between the same two airlines with no other activity.
If you want to have the biggest VA on FSA you need to do it by flying, not merger and acquisitions.

I've sworn an oath of solitude until the pestilence is purged from the lands.
