Curious for the reason one of our CRJ-700's leasing out at $210,000 only paid us $60,000 today.
N105FH leased out on 3/27 for $210,000 a week
paid 210 on 4/3
paid 210 on 4/10
paid 210 on 4/17
paid 60 on 4/24
What the heck?

Re: Leasing Income Changed
On the above lease, I may have figured it out about the $60000. The lease period was for 30 days - Mar 27 to Apr 25 inclusive. So that left 2 days remaining - Apr 24 and 25th - so the lease pay of $30000 per day.
So the lease should expire on Apr 26 at 08:00.
Am I correct, Joe? And what will transpire at that time period, Joe?

FYI, everything did happen as I thought it would. The leasing company did receive the aircraft at the correct time to re-lease it. Thanks for the response, Joe.
