I had a problem today and submitted a ticket, not sure if that's the correct support method or whether I should use the forums. I did a flight today, BVI441 for BVI Virtual, from kjfk to eddb. I am a blind user and thought fs airlines was running, but unfortunately it seems my curser moved and it didn't actually start. Could average figures be generated and added to the VA? Thanks.

Best thing to do in that case is leave the flight booked and submit a support ticket, then we can recreate it, fortunately in this case I was able to find your account and create it
