Seat Configuration Display Fixes

I made a couple small updates to the display of seat configuration on the aircraft information page.

The current configuration now has a check mark after the name.
If the configuration has a cargo limit you will see CG: <number> showing what the limit is after the number of seats.
If the configuration was held over from the previous airline it is now shown with the old VA ID after the name..
