Unusually hard landings MSFS 2020

For some reason anytime I use ILS landings in MSFS 2020, they are very hard. Ever since the update I am getting a hard landing penalty every single time that I land. Does anyone have any tips for me on how to mitigate this? I am the CEO of Northern Lights Airlines.

I have cancelled 2 flights YBBN - YSSY in 787-10 for same reason. Cancelled autopilot at approx 1000ft on glideslope and at 150 knots full flaps and economical fuel was unable to flare and land gently. Even went back and rechecked yoke settings were operating. No issues. Sorry, no solutions only sympathy.

In general the ILS landing system is not a true Autoland system, just before touchdown you should disengage the autopilot so you can flare the aircraft and have a nice soft touchdown.
