cannot connect with fsairlines, I have sent for them to send me an email with the new password "He told me that they have sent an email to my email account, but it never arrives.

check your spam folder sometimes these type of messages are filtered out by spam filters

in spam it does not appear.
A colleague had the same problem and the mail never reached him, he had to create a new account and lose all flight hours.

This has been happening a lot recently and I am not sure why, submit a support ticket and I will mark your account as verified.
