Funny, I just said the same thing in the support ticket he posted.

In the future, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE use the search function on the Wiki and the Forum. We've covered most of this stuff before and it's not that hard to find what you need quickly instead of spending 3-4 times more time than required to wait for someone to respond to your post and give you the same information that doing the search in the first place would have found.
