FS isnt running!!!!!!!!!

Can soon one help?

My pilots client is say FS isnt running when it is and we have restarted all the stuff!!!!!

Can you help?

Make sure he didn't remove FSUIPC in recent days, or it won't find fs...

Is it also doing it after a full computer reboot/closure of FS and the client?
