I was looking at my airline's Overview and it says something about a Status Expire. What dos that mean?

It means that when the date and time arrive, your status will change from "Provisional" to "Active". All VA's are on a 30-day "probation" period. It somewhat restricts what you can do during that time, but once you're through it, everything is lifted.
