Heya

As a new VA I am looking not only for pilots but for a management team aswell. Hub locations, and pay are negotiable for these positions. Pilots will earn up to 25% earnings (again open to slight negotiation.)

I so far have a fleet of 11 aircraft and only myself to fly them. Not that i'm desperate yet I am willing to purchase aircraft to suit pilots needs and experience.
