Website menu...right or left?

I read this interesting article on a local newspaper that people look to their left side of the computer screen when they visit a website. However, some thriving websites have menus on their right side. So which side do YOU like the website menu to be on?

i have to say i've never really been bothered by it, where ever it is, it is and i can work with it.
