Something seems wrong here:

Not very different from flights in the past, but the profit is WAY below normal. What's going on?

Your Airline Reputation is at 70 out of 120, I figure that's the problem for the lower income from flights.

The answer is very very few passengers (only 202) and of course this is due to the reduced reputation.
