747 PMDG Y FSX
Hi
I have a problem with the 747 PMDG. It is the version for FSX. Normally it fly without problems, but when I connect FLYNET inmediately I have problem with bleed motors, impossible to connect A/T, insufficient fuel (I put a lot of gas). If I disconnect Flynet, everything is opereting again
I have tried to refuel in the three modes. No thing. Always the same problem.
Can anybody help me?
Thanks a lot for your responses

Hi
We are speaking here of the B747-400 for FSX, and so far I now is not working with flyNET. But what is with FS9? Isn't working too?

Re: 747 PMDG Y FSX
Neither version works with FlyNET. This is due to PMDG's "custom" programming that does not comply with either the FS9 or FSX Software Development Kit. PMDG says they do it to make it "more real", but it is the cause of problems with more than just FlyNET which relies on FS reporting certain items to it for it to work properly. The PMDG programming prevents FS from reporting those variables correctly.

What a pity, it's bad news for us who planned to add the 747 to our fleet

Re: 747 PMDG Y FSX
Just to make sure: is this the problem that during takeoff the A/T disconnects and reports low rpm on engines 1 and 4.
I have that only when heavy, when low on fuel, say less than 50 tonnes there's no problem at all, when heavy I use manual throttle, just keep N1 a little below suggested and you're fine, you just take up a little more runway. (which was allmost a problem departing from tncm last sunday , very scary departure, cleared the mountains by a whopping 90 feet)
