Just wondering if this is only me or if it's the server, does anyone else have some problems loading the website ? The last days I had a lot of connection timeouts, actually so many that it's not funny anymore. And the cool new google-map only loads at 1 out of 10 tries....

No problems here from home or work. Maybe something on the European side of the internet like a hub down or restricted?

is that coment because the server is in Europe, or do u think we are from europe?

The server is in Florida, but most of those complaining of problems have IPs that trace part of their route through Europe when I do a Reverse-IP trace on the connection to the forum. Typically, if there's a problem that seems to be "localized" in that way, there may be something on their end of the connection somewhere that is causing a slowdown sufficient to cause the problem. There was a problem in all connections west of the Mississippi a month or so ago when some underground fiber optic lines in the Midwest were vandalized and cut not getting good connections to servers in the UK and Europe for several days until the lines got fixed because of it.
