Applicant pilot bug

Hi,

I think this loophole needs closing staright away. If a pilot applies to join your VA and already holds Type Ratings for aircraft that you operate, the pilot is able to book and fly a flight before his applications is accepted!

Ok, that bug is fixed now. You can't book a flight anymore when you're still applying.
