Plane lands short Is this a MOdel or cfg problem?

On ILS aproach in my 747-400F Every thing is going fine until I am a few hunders feet short of the runway.
The plane (on Auto Pilot / Approach) lands a few feet (100) short of the runway.

It is as if the plane thinks it is over / on the runway but it actually is a few hundred short of it.

Any one have an idea of what is going on?
This has happened doing a Phoenix to Phoenix (USA) as well as a Boston to Boston (USA) ILS flight.

Does the Aircraft "appear" to be riding the rails all the way down? If so, it could be an afcad issue.

The plane turns on que when it gets to the ILS "fingers" and looks like it it gonna be a perfect landing until the last few seconds. THEN you realize it is gonna set down short.

I think it maybe an an AFCAD issue? Are you using sceneries other than default...as well If I recall, The ILS at boston on the default is a little strange anyways. Look around AVSIM for a fix to the afcads is the only thing I can reckon.

The only problem I have had at Boston / Logan is runway 15R... That sets you up a little to the right.
I have this problem in Phoenix as well as Boston so it is not the airports.
This is the only plane I have the problem with.
DC-10
777-300
777-900
Dash-8
All fine...
