The parking brake line does show up. And removing the toe brake scaler while does make the parkig brake show up on the screen does not work all the time. flynet recorede it one but not in the 3 attempts I have made since then. If it makes a differance this is for FSX. I am not sure why it is being difficult but I am open to suggestions.

Chris - Not trying to muddy the waters so to speak - but when I started messing with the float plane thing - intially I used an amphibian which obviously would have brakes but graduated to straight floats and added the parking brake and changed the scalar - one thing I do know is your right about not moving - I normally make sure im flush against the dock before "Applying mooring ropes" - I suggested to Terror that maybe he could tie the parking brake functions to a "rotor brake" which would give you the same ability to trip the client

Simply by coding the parking brake function to the rotor brake function - not sure what it would be in FSX - but its simply having the parking brake do something instead of just sitting there like a bump - so if you have a gauge that is a "rotor brake you designate that gauge to the parking brake so you get the "parking brake on" in the bottom right of the screen which is what the client cues off

I've never tried ending a flight with the engines still running to be honest. Even with the engines at idle, it's quite possible for the aircraft or helicopter to move if there is any vibration (and vibration can be modelled into the flight dynamics) or the brakes aren't 100% effective, so I ensure that there is no chance of that by shutting down.
