Fix this?

How can I fix this without getting charged 2 billion dollars to get it back to 0?

Might have to. Puts me out though 3.2 million after buying it then scraping it and buying another.

A few mil is a lot cheaper than a few billion.

We had a similar problem, and one of our pilots flew the aircraft and wasn't charged for all that fuel... he even made a profit. However, it did show the fuel as used, and affected our airline fuel stats.
Perhaps Konny could take a look at it first, as ours was corrected by the time he looked at it... that way he can fix the bug.

Well that Cessna Caravan with a huge negative number should get sucked into a black hole after rolling about 6 inches.
