My last flight I cant get the aircraft to keep any gas in it. The fuel level keeps getting reset to 0 in both tanks. the flight attempt before that I started FSX and placed my aircraft in pause. Started flynet, hit the compare fuel mothod and went back tot he game. Before I even took the game off of pause I got the flight finished and many penalities,Eg landign at teh wrong field, no lights and such. Can these 2 things be looked ito please.
Thanks you for your time.

I have heard this problem from other pilots as well.

The problem is on your end, not the client. NEVER pause the game while fueling the aircraft. Doing so suspends FSUIPC which is how the client talks to Flight Simulator. If you pause the game, FSUIPC will time out at which time, the Client will give you the errors described.
It has been said several times in the forum, and in at least "Sticky" thread that you don't pause the game at any time during the startup of FlyNET.

My bad then I thought that you had to pause the game. Live and learn.
