Hi,

One of my pilots is having a problem with flying his private aircraft. He has filed his flightplan but gets an error when he tries to fly it. I'll report back asap re his problem when I have more data.

In investigating the problem a couple fo things have 'cropped up. :-

My private aircraft is at EGLL so I filed a flightplan for a short flight as a 'test'. Plan was accepted as the aircraft is at the correct location. I tried to 'show booked flight' but get the following message:

Debug Error!

Program : .......flynet.exe
Module: ............flynet.exe
File:

Run-time check failure #2 - stack around the variable 'text' was corrupted.

(press Retry to debug the application)

If I hit the 'retry' button it closes an M$ want to send a report.

If I hit the 'Fly Booked Flight' without checking first, it loads OK and I can refuel and fly. The funny thing is though .......................my 'virtual self' is still in Cairo !! How on earth can FlyNET let me fly a private flight from EGLL whilst I am still at HECA ?

Oh, and can someone please cancel my flightplan as I don't want to fly it anyway

Rgds

just to confirm, i got this as well whilst trying to fly a private flight. It appears to only be an issue with private flights as i havent had this problem with the new client for regular airline flights.
