Ok, I see what you mean. So here's the explanation:

The award-pic is generated once a month and the Top5-list is generated dynamically from the database. The pilot who had the most hours in december left FlyNET and that's why the picture still shows him as "most active" but on the Top5 you see someone else as number one.
