Positive income, but $0.00 made????

Just flew a flight in a DASH-8 300 from Vancouver, BC to Seattle, WA.
Made $3,394 from tickets and cargo with a bounus of $912.00. It didn't pay my pilot any cash either.
Anyway, when it got to the multiplier, it said my income was $0.00 and hence, 0 x 1000 is 0.

Something is amiss here....
Anyone......
anyone.....

O.k. Now things are really getting weird. I just went and looked at my status page and it still shows me in Vancouver and my Plane is enroute to Seattle.
Something is really wrong.

HELP!!!
S.O.S.!!!
Mayday!!!

Dude.... calm down, this isn't a 24-hour service line here. Geez....

Konny and DaKurt are both in Europe so it's just getting to morning. Give them time and they'll respond.

Easy there guy... I know where they are...

That was my attempt at humor for the evening... I figure we should get an answer tomorrow sometime if they aren't too busy.
In the mean time, I think I'm going to re-fly the flight and see what happens. The system now shows me with a booked status again.

O.k.

I just went and did another flight. DASH 8-400 from KPDX to KSEA.
Same thing as before with the no income thing. I fueled up using the compare method both times if that makes any difference.
Stats for this last flight as follows:

Ticket income: $3,266.00
Catering costs: $0.00 (this can't be right)
Fuel costs: $0.00 (this is correct since I didn't buy any fuel)
Pilot costs: $0.00 (again, should be $326.00 if I'm right)
Cargo $3,987.00
Bounus $1,510
Airline income $0.00 (this should have been $8,437.00)
x1000 multi $0.00 (Shoud have been $8,437,000.00)

Touch down was -17ft/min
Pilot rating was 100%

I'm I the only one having this prob?

No you are not alone :)
Think about this. You have made a flight, enjoyed flying, didn't lose any money ;)
I think Konny and DaKurt will take care of this soon.
Cheers,

that's really strange. did that happen to anyone in a previous version? which refueling methods did you chose when flying those flights?

cheers

This just happened to me too, check the attached image for details. I filled up the plane using the detailed fueling option without client objections
Also, I'm still at my previous location.

No, this has not happened to me before, though I have only been flying for a couple of months.

hmmm, I'm speechless...first of all I didn't change anything at this part of the code. second there is no part where the airlineincome is reset to zero. I hope it will fix itself with the new version ;)

DaKurt,

I too was not restarting the client on both occassions it happened to me. Maybe that's the problem. If you don't shut down the client after a flight that goes fine and then just fly the next booked flight, the system doesn't reset and doesn't record the new flight upon completion.

Something to look into.

BTW.... Outstanding job on the client as a whole. The sheer amount of time and effort you and the others have put into this is mind boggling. I, for one, am extremely grateful for everything this program has done. Up until now, I mostly flew combat flight sims because flying a passenger plane from place to place with nothing to show for it was pretty boring. Anyone that really has a gripe with this program needs to remember one simple fact.......

IT'S FREE!!!!!

Thanks again for a great job.

OK that is the problem. Thank's for analyzing it. I didn't change this problem yet...so before starting the next flight RESTART THE CLIENT!
