No PIREP code and lost flights

Hello,
I have made a short trip and landed safely.The client was ok and I was on Parking brakes. I exited the flight and the client send me an error ''lost connection to FSX'' Your flight is rebooked (or returned to previous state , or something similar).
I have re-booked my flight and jumped in to fly it again. When in the refuelling the client came to the end of the flight screen (with the sound) and rate me 85% cause I haven't landed on the destination airport!! Of course !

I was in the departure airport trying to fly again.

Any suggestions would be aprecciated.

Looks to me like you closed FS before the client registered you as having finished the flight. Just because you set the parking brake doesn't automatically mean that the client ended the flight. Make sure that you get the "ding" and the end flight screen has appeared before you close out FS.

or as i do, i set the parking brake and alt tab out of FS so i can see the flynet screen and then select the "end flight button" then go back to FS and shut down.

i kept getting the light penality below 1000ft because i was shuttting down before flynet realised i had finished the flight
