Ok, for anyone who might use Vista in the future, its too clever... It doesn't allow stuff like the flynet.ini to go into the windows directory so it puts it...

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Windows

This won't show up in a default search either.

I'm useing a full version of Vista and not some hacked RTM, so this will be how it behaves. Just thought I'd share.
