zero pax showing on all flights

Hi all

I've just tried to book a flight (Altair Virtual Airlines, B739 EGCC-LPPT) and the flight is showing up with 1 passenger. This means it didn't cost me much to cancel it, but it also means it's not economic to fly it. I checked and it seems that all routes from EGCC are showing either zero passengers or 1 passenger. Is this a bug with the system?

Hi,

You need to send email to Konny as there has been a major glitch with the last flight by your pilot Rik Irving and multiple flights have been registered. It looks like he crashed and landed at the wrong airport - the client will relocate aircraft and pilot to airport nearest to the crash site. Your VA rep has been reset to 1 !
You'll have to suspend your ops until this gets fixed. Konny should be able to remove all multiple instances of his flight and just leave one showing which shouldn't be too bad for the rep and you'll be able to recommence operations.
