How do you end a flight in a helicopter with no parking brake? Ive tried chaging the cfg to Parking_Brake= 1 that was suggested elsewhere in this forum, but that didnt give it a parking brake.

You could go into settings and assignments and then assign a button on your joystick/yoke as a parking brake.

Setting my joystick or using control . does not work in an aircraft with no parking brake. Ive tried to add one in the confg with no luck. It seems there must be a way to do it, the Bell 206 is in the database so someone must've done it before. It would be nice to be able to use all helicopters here instead of just the ones with wheels.

Steve, I don't fly the choppers, never even started up the Bell 206, but I went into the config and changed the parking brake to a 1 and the toe brake to a 1, went into the sim and the parking brake showed as on. I used my joystick button assignment and it worked to turn it on & off.
Try the toe brake setting to a 1, that's the only thing I see as a possible problem. My bell is stock out of the box and have never accessed it till today.

George,
Thanks, you found the problem. The toe brake had to be set to 1 for it to work. Now I can fly my Bell!
