I discovered a small problem on the book flight screen. If you have two flights from the same city with the same flight number only one of the flights show up in the book flight screen.
This happened because when I translated an original pan am timetable, they had flights on different days of the week that had different destinations but they used the same flight numbers. For now I have modified my flight numbers but would like to change them back.
