My account has simply disappeared. It shows as non-existent, the system does not send a new slip, even though the account exists, if I check the airline pilots.
What should I do?

I don't think I understand your issue, you say your account 'disappeared' but you have a link to the existing account, and I see you were active on it about an hour after posting this, did you figure out your issue?
