This is new and odd:

After a closer inspection of the Briefing Document, the system is not recognizing the aircraft, shows / instead of CRJ2. DOW = 0

Also, all flight doesn't have any generic Cargo, i tried with my A330-300 and only the package added and the passenger was shown.

Yes, I fixed that already, doing some work for the seat configuration that involved adding a new column to the aircraft table, which had the same name as a column on the aircraft database table, that caused that error, I have backed that change out for now.
