Hello. I bumped a pilot from training to FO. I assigned the type ratings for the air craft he was to fly, all of them actually. I have an odd problem I cannot reproduce on my end. Here ar their words.

I'm unable to book any flights for the airline whether I try to choose a flightplan that you have set up or whether I attempt to create a charter flight. when I hit book all I get is the following error code: "Flight could not be booked, pilot or airline not found", so yeah unfortunately I can't do anything at the minute

Is there anything I forgot to do? I tried booking aflight, What did he mean by "book all? i don't recall seeing that when I book a flight.

Ok, they got it. Note to anyone, check to see that your email has been verified. if it is not you will run into troubles like this.
