I have a question on how the bonis on a flight is calculated. I just completed a "perfect flight" and did not turn on time compression but did not get a bonis.

You get a 20%,10% or 5% bonus on your flight profit if you fly with a Simrate of 1x, 2x or 4x. So if you don't make any profit you also don't get a bonus. Guess that is what happened.
