Fly By Wire A32NG Fuel Consumption

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing excessive fuel consumption in the FBW A32NG in Zmsfs.
I have been flying this aircraft for the last 10 months. Recently i am finding I am running out of fuel on any flight even where a flight is well within aircraft range.
According to the FSA Flight Briefing Doc, I should aim to use 14500lbs (roughly) between YPPH & YPAD. I have tried to complete this flight 3 times now unsuccessfully. The last time I simply added fuel to MTOW. That gave me 29500lbs (roughly), double the FSA recommendation.
I ran out of fuel with 480 nms still to go.
This FBW aircraft offers managed speed, altitude and navigation. I traditionally use these settings. However having failed to reach my destination in previous attempts, I manually reduced climb and cruise speed. Same outcome. Fuel exhausted half way across yhe Great Australian Bight.
I should be able to fly direct between Singapore and Perth. I had to load fuel to MTOW and to detour through Darwin.
So, something has changed for me at least. I accept that in the early days, fuel consumption was probably generous. Now however it is impossible to get anywhere close to flying a reasonable distance with a normal payload even excluding 7000lbs of pakages.
Anyone else finding this? And any suggestions how to tweak the consumption values to get back to a fair position.
Thanks
