New Feature - Charter Flights

As I said in the introduction, I have tried to keep this as simple as possible, and I think having the ability to set price adds a pitfall where pilots can get themselves into trouble by setting the ticket price too high or too low without a great benefit. So to keep the support requests on this feature low, I am not planning on adding the ability to set the ticket price.

Hi everyone!
I looked at new feature. Its very useful in me airline. But what if there will be a feature to give the opportunity of flying charter flights for particular pilot? Not for all the rank. For example in my VA there are many captains who prefer cargo flights. Its necessary to make flights for each of them, but i dont want to make my passenger pilots create charter flights too. And i still nedd to mark all of them as captains.
