I've got the same problem when flying in ALaska...actually so far it's the only place I've been flying.

Has naybody found a solution this?

I have the same problem no matter what route I fly, but it's always when I use the Posky CRJ-200. Doesn't happen with any other plane. Eventually after this continuous scenery & traffic loading, the computer freezes up totally and have to do a cold reboot :(

I was using the PMDG Beechcraft 1900C and 1900D, both caused the scenery reloading problem. Right now I am flying with a DC-3 from EGCC to LFPG with no problems.

There is a stopgap solution, after a reload, hit ALT, go to time and date, and advance the GMT time forward one hour, then back one hour (so the original time is there again). This clears the issue for a while (until you hit another time zone generally)

Are any of you running any time-sycnhronizing programs (like FSUIPC or FSRealTime)? If you are, that would explain the problem. Because of the controls that FlyNET sets, the time cannot be adjusted once the client is started, so this will result in the problem you see.

I tried the stopgap solution and that seemed to work for a while and then the sim crashed. The other problem is that it cancels my FS Pasengers flight when I click on the World menu to go to the time and date settings.. :(

In FSUIPC I unchecked the "Keep FS clock synced to real time" and it did not make any difference. And I am not running any other time sync programs.

Thanks.

Hi,

Not sure if it will cure your problem but try downloading 'Timezone 3.0' from Avsim. There are also some updates 5, 6, 7 and 8 to get whilst you are there. It fixes transitions across timezones and has fixed issues with some peoples problems.

Rgds

That fixed it! I just did a flight in the b1900c from UHMA to PANC with no scenery reloads, whereas before I have them about every 30 seconds.

Thanks,
